Referral fee
Refer a business, get a month on us
Do you know a business owner who could use a digital assistant too? Pass it on. If that business becomes a Chatunda customer, you receive one subscription month of € 199 on us. For every business you refer, with no maximum. Refer three, and you get three months on us.
How it works
The rules, short and honest
No small print. These are the terms, exactly as they appear in our terms and conditions.
-
€ 199
Per business referred
One subscription month at no cost for every business that becomes a customer. There is no maximum. The amount is deducted from your invoice, nothing is paid out. Add-ons continue as normal in that month.
-
At sign-up
The name must be there from the start
The new customer names your business when signing up, in the "Referred by" field. A referral reported later cannot be counted.
-
After 2 months
After the other's first two months
The month at no cost is granted once the referred business has completed and paid for its first two months. If the other business cancels during those first two months, there is no month on us. We reward real customers, not sign-ups.
-
Same price
The other simply pays € 199
The referred business pays the regular price and, like everyone else, gets the third month at no cost. Chatunda has no discount codes, promotions or volume discounts.
-
In your name
Not transferable
The fee belongs to your subscription. If you cancel, a month not yet deducted lapses, even if you return as a customer later.
-
Sleep mode
Is your digital assistant asleep right now?
If your digital assistant is in sleep mode at the moment the month is granted, we deduct it from your first full month at the regular rate after that.
Frequently asked questions about referrals
Do I have to report anything myself?
No. The new customer enters your name when signing up, we see it and keep track. Once the month at no cost has been deducted, you will see it on your invoice. If you want to know how things stand in the meantime, just e-mail us.
Can I refer a business while I am still in my own first two months?
Yes. You can refer from the moment you are a customer. The month at no cost is deducted from your next invoice after the other business has completed its first two months.
